Lords Mobile Codes Not Working? Common Reasons and Fixes
A Lords Mobile code that will not redeem is almost always one of a few simple problems. Work through this checklist from the top. It takes a couple of minutes, and the cause is usually in the first few items.

- Did you copy and paste it exactly?
- Have you already claimed it on this account?
- If you use the website, is your IGG ID correct?
- Have you checked your in-game mailbox?
1. The code has expired
Codes are usually limited-time. When an expiry date is published, we show it next to the code, and when a code stops working we move it to the Expired list. Some codes never have a published date, so a code can stop working without warning.
2. The code was typed incorrectly
Some codes are case-sensitive. Copy and paste the code instead of typing it, and watch for look-alike characters such as the letter O and the number 0. Remove any spaces before or after the code.
3. You already claimed it
Most codes can only be claimed once per account. A second attempt on the same account will fail.
4. The IGG ID is wrong (website only)
The Exchange Center asks for your IGG ID. You can find it in the game under Settings, then Account. Copy it from there instead of typing it. Our guide to redeeming Lords Mobile gift codes shows each step.
5. The rewards did not appear
Rewards from a code are usually sent to your in-game mailbox. Check the mailbox first, and restart the game if nothing is there.
6. You cannot find the Redemption Code option
Menu names and locations can differ between game versions and devices. If you cannot find the option in the game, redeem on the official website instead: lordsmobile.igg.com/gifts.

Make sure you are using the in-game menu or the official Exchange Center, and never share your password, because a real code does not need it.
